Skilled Nursing

Optimum quality of care is part of our heritage, mission and values.

Our skilled nursing center provides a complete therapeutic program designed to regain and maintain optimal health. Professional nurses and therapists provide 24-hour supportive care and rehabilitative services supervised by our Medical Director.

Wound care, hospice care and intravenous therapy in addition to our rehabilitation program, is a focus with emphasis on rehabilitative services designed to help you achieve your maximum potential.

Physical, occupational and speech therapies are offered and therapy is provided  seven days per week.

We will welcome your personal attending physician should he or she wish to oversee your care here. When this is not possible, a physician from our  physician group will be pleased to oversee your care while you are a patient in our center.

We accept admissions seven days per week and are happy to work with you and your family to ensure a timely hospital discharge.

We accept Medicare, Kaiser, ALL Medicare Replacement plans, and private pay. We are not participants in the MediCal program.
